Asphalt sealer is recommended, as it will reduce cracking and keep your asphalt area looking new. Hicks Paving uses only the best sealing materials and with our new sealing machines holding over 800 gallons each, we are able to complete any job in a timely fashion. Hicks Paving wants to produce the best quality and durability possible. That is why our machines are able to spray up to 200 pounds of pressure allowing us to force asphalt sealer into any and all pores that your asphalt may have. This will protect water from laying into those pores, freezing and causing your asphalt to crack or unravel.

(When it comes to seal coating, we know that our consumers want the asphalt sealed and not their surroundings, which is why Hicks Paving does all trim work by hand with a brush or a trim board.)

We will produce the best results every time.

We recommend to have the seal coating within the first 6 months of new paving, then every 2 years after.

Maintenance

Hicks Paving is able to provide all kinds of maintenance. By simply maintaining your parking lot, driveway or roadway each year, you gain the longest life span possible. Whether it be applying weather sealer, filling cracks, or patching a damaged area, these low cost solutions will not only extend it’s life span, but will also keep your asphalt area looking great and will save you money.
